The House of Lee first open it's door in September 1981 under the principal of great food and excellent service.
The attention to customer service and high food quality soon made the House of Lee so popular that there were long line-ups. The restaurant had expanded four times over the years in order to serve more customers. However, there were still long line-ups. As a result, the buffet was introduced to serve customers faster and to allow sampling of most of our dishes on the House of Lee menu.
With the introduction of large buffet in 1997, the popularity of the restaurant had greatly increased. More and more people drove for miles to wait to enjoy the House of Lee experience. In 2007, we have once again expanded by adding more items to our buffet at the same low price.
